How We Do The Work
On the successful sign up, WeFix FMS would within 14 days of the contract start date, undertakes a survey of each building, and produce an inventory of the items on that site. Each item of the building component and equipment listed within the inventory will be issued a unique asset number.
Each asset number would provide the client with equipment’s parts or components of the building details including manufacturer, make, model and serial number, approximate age, any defects, repairs, expected life cycle etc. Where air-conditioning units are identified, the type and quantity of refrigerant would be recorded and a digital photo of the asset would be taken. All details will be available to view both on a hard copy and on our web site via our Customer log in page.
